Our enclosure solutions: waterproof and durable
Our enclosure manufacturing process primarily uses aluminum and stainless steel. Both materials offer excellent machinability, high strength and—when properly designed—protection against dust, moisture and electromagnetic interference.
Materials & properties of our metal enclosures:
- Made of aluminum (lightweight, corrosion-resistant, easy to mill)
- Made of stainless steel (robust, hygienic, temperature-resistant)
- Enclosures can be made waterproof according to IP protection classes

Our manufacturing processes: laser welding, CNC milling, PU sealing
Our metal housing manufacturing process combines various techniques that are precisely tailored to each specific product:
- Laser welding of stainless steel and aluminum for tight, visually clean housing seams
- CNC milling for cutouts, countersinks, threads and precision-fit recesses
- Sealing foams with a PU seal for protection against moisture and dust
- Laser marking for nameplates, serial number marking or control panels
- Edge finishing and assembly preparation, including thread insertion
We coordinate all manufacturing steps with our in-house design department. This ensures seamless processes from the CAD model to the finished electronics enclosure. Integration into our sheet metal processing and assembly operations enables a high degree of vertical integration—without external interfaces. Special processes such as drill pattern inspection, visual inspection or final measurement can also be integrated as needed.
