Sheet metal fabrication – precise shapes, reliable processes
Our sheet metal processing is designed for maximum precision and process reliability. Using CNC-controlled laser cutting machines and press brakes, we process aluminum, stainless steel and steel sheets—from single pieces to series production, depending on your requirements.
For stable joints, we rely on laser welding—a process that enables clean seams with high strength. Our commitment to quality is particularly evident in visible components or thin-walled structures.
We use PU sealing foams to reliably seal housings and components against dust, water and environmental influences—ideal for applications with increased protection requirements.
In addition, we offer laser marking for component identification, serial numbers or customer-specific markings. Combined with our CNC milling technology, this results in precisely machined metal parts, ready for assembly.
