Shipping testing
In October 2016 the AUCOTEAM test laboratory was certified by DNV GL as an “Approved Testing Laboratory”. The world’s largest shipbuilding and offshore classification company has thus confirmed the competency of AUCOTEAM in the testing of ship building components and prototypes.
Testing of shipbuilding components and prototypes
The AUCOTEAM test laboratory is one of a few select laboratories worldwide with certification for environmental testing in compliance with the following standards:
- “Class Guidelines DNVGL-CG-0339 Environmental test specification for electrical, electronic and programmable equipment and systems” and
- “Guidelines for the Performance of Type Approvals, Vl-7-2” Test Requirements for Electrical / Electronic Equipment and Systems.
Our customers benefit from the expedient and uncomplicated certification process.
Admission to other shipping companies
In addition to our certification in accordance with DNV GL, the test laboratory at AUCOTEAM GmbH also offers certification that complies with other shipping companies such as:
- Bureau Veritas (BV) France
- Registro Italiano Navale (RINA) Italy
- Lloyd’s Register of Shipping (LRS) UK
- American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) USA
- Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) Russia.
