AUCOTEAM implements climatic testing at its certified test laboratory: Cold, dry heat, temperature change – fast and slow – humid heat, specialist testing and more. More than 70 climatic cabinets that enable a broad range of load testing options are available for the compliance testing of product quality, reliability and weak spot analysis, as well as for the optimisation of product development and manufacturing processes..
By applying a cyclical and thermal load, conclusions can be drawn about the ageing process affecting the test sample. The climatic chambers at AUCOTEAM have sufficient capacity for the most varied testing requirements. Examples of specialised testing superstructures
- Temperature and climatic testing within a range of -80°C to +1,300°C, respectively 5 – 98% humidity.
- Temperature change testing using change speeds of up to 25K/min
- Temperature shock testing in 1, 2 or 3 chamber temperature shock cabinets within a range of -75°C up to +250°C with test loads of up to 200 kg
- Thawing test pursuant to LV-124
- Controlling the test subject’s functions at defined intervals via the climatic chamber or
- Temperature chamber as well as permanent or cyclical data logging of key parameters per test sample possible
- Control and monitoring of test samples using CAN, SENT or LIN protocols as well as all standard analogue or digital interfaces
